For 2 cups

  • • 10 thin, fresh ginger root slices
  • • 1 lemon
  • • 3 tbsp Linden Honey
  • • 1l water


  1. Bring water to boiling.
  2. Cut lemon into thin slices and put it into the boiling water along with the ginger slices.
  3. Boil it for a few minutes (~5) and add honey once it is ready.
