HONEY-GLAZED FRIED BANANA

We often hear that the most important meal is breakfast but in the morning rush we tent to skip it. Luckily, this super delicious, crunchy and light Granola can be prepared any time so we only have to pure a little yoghurt on top with some fresh berries and we are good to go. Not only practical, but also healthy, a perfect way to start your day!

INGREDIENTS

For 1 serving

  • • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1 tbsp Fulmer Black Forest Honey
  • • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Stir honey with cinnamon and 2 tbsp of warm water.
  2. Lay the banana slices in the frypan and fry them for 2 minutes.
  3. Turn the banana slices and pour them with the cinnamon-honey mixture and fry them until they turn golden brown.
  4. When they are golden-brown, serve them.
